Chef Carey grew up in a household that focused on garden-grown produce and healthy, sustainable foods. Her mother always welcomed her into the kitchen and Chef Carey hasn’t stepped far from it since.
Chef Carey honed her culinary skills in the renowned Le Cordon Bleu program in Austin, at Texas Culinary Academy. She has traveled and tasted the world over, gaining gastronomic influence from favorite cities of Paris, Málaga, Kiev, Bangkok, Madrid, and Singapore.
When she’s not concocting new culinary delights, Chef Carey is likely to be seen hiking the Greenbelt with her dog, Marlow. She also loves to rehabilitate old furniture, sing, and travel with her husband.
